Hey, have you seen the miniseries on Netflix with Robert DeNiro called Zero Day? I think you’d like it. He plays a former president investigating a deadly cyberattack.
I did see that, thanks! I liked the first half of the series more than the second half, which for me was sort of templatish from a Hollywood screenwriting standpoint. It would have made a much better movie, methinks. But thanks for the recommendation. I checked it out as soon as it was released.
If you like apocalyptic stuff like I do (as if we need help from Hollywood these days), check out Paradise on Hulu. It’s actually kind of slow and meandering, and then in Episode 7 they clunk you over the head with a really memorable end of world scene. It’s worth putting up with a little slowness just to watch that unfold.
