I see the Dune-isms in so many sci-fi films--Star Wars Episode 4 (the first film) is blatantly reminiscent. Love your list--I might have to take a look at Rebel Moon, though I left Star Wars after the first four releases...oh, except I dipped back in for the one where the original characters were all old (loved it).

You're right about the first film, for sure. I remember sitting in the theater thinking way back in 1976, as a teenager, thinking, "Arrakis!" But I forgot about that reaction until you mentioned it just now.
And that's okay. That kind of stuff doesn't bother me. I slipped in all kinds of sci-fi references into my first novel MagicLand as a sort of formal tribute.

I kind of enjoy when one sci-fi work references another. Never bothers me!
